Shipping

Goods will be shipped out from store within 1-3 Working Days after payment has been confirmed by email. Sometime additional 1-2 working days is required during peak season like SALE period, Seasonal period....etc.

Tracking number will be advised via email for tracking purpose after your goods shipped. Please track your order online or call the courier service directly.

No shipment on Wednesday, Sunday & Public Holiday.

Local Shipping
1. All items will be sent via courier service - either by Skynet or Pos Laju depends on buyer's destination. You may inform us your preferred courier service (Skynet or Pos Laju), however, this service is not guaranteed.
2. Buyer pays shipping fees, FLAT RATE @ RM 5 for West Malaysia (up to 2 Kgs) and RM 7.50 for East Malaysia (up to 1Kgs). Additional charges may be imposed @ RM3 for every 0.5Kg.

International Orders

Orders shipped to addresses outside the Malaysia may be placed online.
International orders placed online are shipped by Registered Air Mail.

Please take note minimum order for international order is RM150 (approx. USD50). Order doesn't meet the minimum amount will not be honored.

Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Beading.My. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from Beading.My will include a declaration indicating the contents as 'Craft Supplies', with full value for the order listed. A packaged returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Beading.My being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns and Exchanges

Beading.my is committed to produce & deliver quality products to your satisfaction. But in any case of dissatisfaction with any item you have purchased, simply mail it back to us with the Original Packing within 14 days upon reception. We will honor for a refund. No question asked!

1. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state by registered mail / courier service.

2. Beading.com.my is not responsible for postage on returned items.

3. The following items are not exchangeable/refundable: VCDs/DVDs, Books, Magazines, eBook/eTutorials due to copyright issue.

4. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received Mix and Match discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept.
